Returns:

All purchases on thehighend.no provide you, by law, with a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. A withdrawal form is included in the receipt email as a PDF attachment, and the withdrawal form is also sent in the package with the item(s) you have purchased. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in the same condition and with the original tags attached. The item must be returned within the 14-day period, and please notify us by email at hello@thehighend.no.

The return postage is paid by the buyer. Just as it is our responsibility to ensure that the package reaches you when you place an order, it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the package is returned to us. This means that you, as the customer, are responsible for the contents of the package until we receive it. Therefore, we recommend sending the package with tracking (costs between 70-149 NOK depending on size and weight) for return shipments. Please remember to keep the tracking number. You cannot use the shipping label that came with the package from us; it is only valid for sending to you, not for returns.

If you do not have a printer, you can send us an email and include a note with the order number and personal information. Note that underwear items such as panties, boxers, and bikini bottoms cannot be exchanged. You do not need to send a withdrawal form if it is only a matter of exchanging size or color, but we must be informed of the desired exchange via email: hello@thehighend.no.
